Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GreenSpark, a cannabis compliance SaaS platform operated by Green Genius Collective, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

By creating an account or using GreenSpark, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and hold or work on behalf of a valid OMMA license to use GreenSpark. Use by unlicensed individuals is prohibited.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information including your name, email, and license details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

GreenSpark offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the compliance assistant for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform, share account access with unlicensed third parties, or upload false license information.

5. Compliance Information Disclaimer

GreenSpark provides AI-assisted compliance guidance based on current OMMA regulations. This does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying all compliance decisions with qualified counsel or OMMA directly. Regulations change — always confirm current rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Green Genius Collective, LLC. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are associated with revoked OMMA licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Genius Collective, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of GreenSpark.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
